Getting back to daily routine14, 15

Resuming daily life activities can be hard after a breast cancer diagnosis. If you feel well enough, keep up with your daily activities including going to work, spending time with family and friends, going on trips, etc.

Physical activity14, 15

Engage in physical activity. Participate in at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity physical activity at least five days of the week, or 75 minutes of more vigorous exercise, along with two to three weekly strength training sessions.

Smoking and alcohol intake14, 15

Limiting alcohol consumption and quitting smoking can lead to better outcomes. Hence this should be one of your goals after breast cancer diagnosis.
